چکیده
In this study, we analyzed the X-ray fluorescence of multi-layer material with a laser-induced and electrons. The laser plasma-based sources were generated by femtosecond Ti: sapphire source, optimized for measurement. three types stainless steel, copper-covered steel Korean 10 Won coins measured using compact relatively low intensity. Using difference in penetration depth between X-rays electrons, surface interior materials can be simultaneously. By combining these two complementary sources, provide valuable information about even laser.

A proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) analysis of concentration of trace elements in varicose veins
Background: Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) has been applied as reliable and improved techniques in this study to compare concentration of various trace elements in normal and abnormal varicose veins. Materials and Methods: Five samples from normal veins and 13 samples from varicose veins bombarded by 2.0 MeV energy proton beams produced by a Van de Graff accelerator in vacuum. T...
متن کاملReabsorption of soft x-ray emission at high x-ray free-electron laser fluences.
We report on oxygen K-edge soft x-ray emission spectroscopy from a liquid water jet at the Linac Coherent Light Source. We observe significant changes in the spectral content when tuning over a wide range of incident x-ray fluences. In addition the total emission yield decreases at high fluences. These modifications result from reabsorption of x-ray emission by valence-excited molecules generat...

متن کاملProton-induced X-ray Emission
Black particles, collected by filtration (1.2~pm pore size) from the anoxic waters of a soft-water lake, were examined by a scanning proton microprobe which permitted quantitative elemental analysis by proton-induced X-ray emission (PIXE) and Rutherford backscattering (RBS). There was a uniform distribution of sulfur across the filter, but Fe, and to a lesser extent, Mn, was localized in -5-pm-...
